@TinaDaheley We agree Tina, that must have been truly awful. All racism is abhorrent. Please can you also ask @AzeemRafiq30 why he was happy to play cricket wearing a green shirt with the logo "P*** Power" because that is really confusing for all of us that abhor racism.

@AnnieChave @simonhancock_uk The issue is league registration for players and rules about only playing for one side each year. That needs waiving.

@AnnieChave @simonhancock_uk I've seen league agreed sharing schemes where excess players at what you call Big clubs can play for other sides, not in the same league, without issue. That's a sensible way forward. If someone isn't getting a game, they will surely leave in search of match time.

@AnnieChave @BillRoddham With some experience of this, I can say that the ECB don't "give" money away. There are lots of funding streams available to clubs that meet base fiscal criteria A lease on your ground can be as good as ownership & it's entirely reasonable that money isn't wasted on short leases
