@2Swerdy I would go as high as 80-90%. Worked at a few hospitals and clinics and wooof 🤦♂️
@2Swerdy Exactly! I'm a healthy weight, on zero prescription drugs, and I'm healthier than 99% of people my age. Yet many would take issue with my health choices.
@2Swerdy I remember going to a doc for a spasm.I wasn’t concerned but someone scared me into thinking it was serious. The doc looked like he hadn’t seen the sun or ate a sandwich in 5 years. He was pale & malnourished. He suggested I go on antidepressants. Yeah, ok! See ya.
@2Swerdy And vets. A 300 lb. woman told me my dog was overweight. I asked how she knew. She said because she couldn't feel the doggy's ribs. I looked at her and asked her what her prognosis was for herself. I never went back. She was happy with that decision. 😉
