UN Secretary-General @antonioguterres continues to expose his moral bankruptcy. While members of the Druze community are being brutally slaughtered in Syria, he once again chooses silence. Instead of calling for swift action in Syria, he chooses to vilify Israel—the only country actively fighting the forces of evil in the region. The UN failed to condemn Hamas following the horrors of October 7th . And now, after the massacre of the Druze in Syria, the shameful silence continues.

Al-Julani has adopted a new-old strategy: tell the West what they want to hear — speak of peace, prosperity, and a Syria for all Syrians. Meanwhile, he sends his forces to target Alawites and Druze. And when atrocities are committed, he blames ‘rogue factions,’ promises investigations, accountability… and then nothing ever happens.

Heartbreaking, Father Tony Boutros, representative of the Greek Catholic Church in Sweida, Syria, makes an appeal to the international community to save Christians and Druze from an Islamist genocide. “We Christians and Druze are one. Driven by their own need to feel morally superior, they claim to fight for justice while turning a blind eye to the suffering of millions. And let’s be honest, they are some of the most racist voices out there. They look at Iranians and other “brown people” as too backward, too uncivilized, too dumb to deserve real freedom or democracy. In their eyes, we’re wild animals, only manageable under tyranny. But here’s the truth: we are the ones fighting for real freedom, the same freedom they weaponize to silence us. And we want absolutely nothing to do with their hypocrisy.

All of these Iranian women were blinded by the Islamic regime in Iran for advocating for women’s rights. Is this what the far-left is protesting for?

Remember these two Iranian girls, arrested in January simply for posting a video of themselves dancing in public. They are facing years in prison, or even death by hanging. An Islamist regime that punishes teenage girls just for enjoying life has no right to exist!

Ali Karimi, a legend of Iranian football, former Bayern Munich player and record holder of the Iranian national team, has once again found himself in the spotlight. In recent years, Karimi has become one of the most prominent figures in the opposition movement in Iran, openly criticizing the regime. With the onset of the Israeli attack, he has once again taken an unambiguous position, publishing harsh statements against the authorities on his social networks (Instagram and X). In one of his posts, Karimi wrote: "Since 2008, you have ignored the people, raped, blinded and killed. And now that you are cornered, do not ask for mercy. Israel's attack is the result of 46 years of your arrogance, oppression and crimes. You, not Israel, are the real enemies of the Iranian people.”

As an Iranian, it's not surprising to see European leaders condemning Israel for killing terrorists. This regime couldn't survive on its own. It only shows how alone Iranian people have been all these years. How morally corrupt leaders protected IRGC when we were being slaughtered in Iran.

.@RobertIger Dear Bob, I assume that you have been made aware of this affidavit which was made public earlier today in which a whistleblower states that @ABC worked closely with the @KamalaHarris campaign in sharing the substance of the questions, avoiding certain topics, agreeing on the staging, committing to fact check @realDonaldTrump and not Harris, and more disturbing details. I find the allegations credible as written and also because the affidavit was apparently made and filed the day prior to the debate and makes mention of Harris’ smaller podium and other details that only became public thereafter. While I can’t determine the veracity of the allegations, they do match substantively what took place during the debate. The moderators of the debate — @DavidMuir and @LinseyDavis — have yet to respond to the allegations. Since they have not yet done so, one must draw a negative inference. In light of the seriousness of the allegations and the implications for this presidential election and for ABC’s reputation and thereby @Disney’s and the office of the CEO, I strongly encourage you to launch an immediate investigation of this matter. Our democracy depends on transparency, particularly with regard to events which can impact the outcome of the presidential election. I ask on behalf of all voters that you treat these allegations with the seriousness they deserve. Thank you. Bill

Police must explain 'hate speech' training “Police National Headquarters needs to explain why it is requiring police officers to undertake training on identifying and responding to ‘hate speech’”, says ACT’s Justice spokesperson @toddmstephenson. “As highlighted by @NZFreeSpeech, officers must complete a short course on identifying and responding to ‘hate speech’ and ‘hate crime’. “Some of the examples used in the training material include, ‘There are only two genders’, a placard that says ‘Free speech’, and a billboard that reads ‘Kiwi not iwi.’ “Some of the other examples are distasteful, but they come nowhere near the threshold of criminality. “Even more concerning is the report from an anonymous police officer that: ‘…staff have been directed that any reported incidents of hate speech that are not offences must still to be recorded as "hate incidents". The test of what is considered a hate incident, according to policy, is anything the complaints feels is hateful towards them as a member of a minority group.’ “If it is true that police officers are being directed to record incidents which are not crimes, it is deeply concerning. Freedom of expression is a fundamental freedom afforded to New Zealanders and they have a right to say things that others may find offensive without having it recorded by authorities. “All of this highlights the fundamental problem with hate speech laws: it is completely subjective. “Parliament rejected tougher hate speech laws after a long campaign by ACT. “The last case of a successful prosecution under New Zealand’s existing hate speech laws was in the 1970s. The threshold for prosecution is extremely high. “ACT has a great deal of respect for the men and women of the New Zealand Police. We want to see them supported to protect New Zealanders from serious crime. “PNHQ needs to explain what is going on here.”
