Censorship continues unabated in California. Ironically I was not permitted to speak on at a hearing on the censorship bill SB934 that stifles speech of mental health providers. Here is what I would have said had @Ash_Kalra permitted me to speak. If SB934 is enacted, mental health providers risk termination, will lose their licenses if the patient is a minor, and will be subjected to compensatory and emotional distress damages, punitive damages, and attorney’s fees, if they dare try to cure gender dysphoria by re-aligning a client’s internal sense of sense to his body. Every journalist who knows the importance of "follow the money" admires the data driven investigations that are the hallmark of @AsraNomani. Last October, a week before the New York mayoral election, she stitched together the complex ethno-religious web of progressive nonprofits and radical imams who had engineered Mamdani's rise to power. At the time, I was taping my "Journalism 101" course for the @petersonacademy, and I cited her meticulous reporting of what she called the "Mamdani Machine" as a prime example of data journalism. I'm glad to see she is back on familiar ground today, at the 'spontaneous' No Kings protest in Washington D.C., where she is talking about the more than 400 organizing groups, with a $3 billion annual revenue, and the familiar big-money funders, including George Soros, Neville Roy Singham, the Tides Foundation, and many others. What I like about Asra's reporting is that most of her work relies on publicly available sources of information, including the often dense 990 tax filings of the groups themselves. It is tedious and time-consuming work but the results never cease to surprise.

For years, children were fast‑tracked into hormone replacement drugs and invasive surgeries and then had no place to go when they regretted it.  The medical establishment often pretended detransitioners didn’t exist, leaving them to manage scars and deep psychological pain on their own. But that wall of denial just cracked.  In a landmark settlement, Cleveland Clinic has agreed to a 20‑year ban on sex‑change treatments for minors and, additionally, must provide detransition care for patients who want to reclaim their real identity and repair the harm that was done. Yes, tragic that these children will be forced to grow up in their perfectly healthy bodies, and become adults without compromised bone growth or an iatrogenic endocrine disorder, without the reckless interruption of a necessary, timed developmental phase and with full sexual function. She, like Johanna Olson Kennedy, Scott Mosser and Saiterwaite would participate in @GenderSpectrum1 sponsored presentations. My dossier on the gender doctors grows by the day. Remember doctors, @WPATH, @AmerAcadPeds @TheEndoSociety - parents rarely forgive the harms that were perpetrated on their children.

I wonder if @scott_Wiener has forgotten that he co-authored the bill AB957 that would require judges to decide custody disputes based on which parent would amputate a child’s healthy body parts. That bill would have required courts to consider “transing” a child to be in the best interest for the “health, safety & welfare” of the child. Making not serializing your child abuse. BREAKING: I just made history by securing a landmark healthcare fraud settlement that creates the nation's first-ever Detransition Clinic and secures $10 million from Texas Children's Hospital for "transitioning" kids.

Detransition is somewhat of a misleading term, even though I will still use it because people have an idea of what it means. I would call myself more ex trans than detrans because detransition indicates that there’s a path back to me being whole again. There is not. I can’t regrow body parts or undo the psychological damage of 7 years of thinking that I was a man. All I can do is stuff like get laser hair removal for my facial hair, for example. I’ll always wear the scars of trans and have the psychological scars of rejecting my sex.

I am working on the gender doctor's crime board for my friends in DC, and I thought I would share with you some of my findings: @WPATH advocates to take children away from parents if they refuse to "transition" their child. SOC 8's adolescent section states that in situations where parents "may be too rejecting of their adolescent child and their child's gender needs" "engagement of larger systems of advocacy" - read CPS may be required. Then it cites to a 2020 article that the current President of WPATH @AsaRadix wrote.

2nd detrans' lawsuit ( of approx 30 + active cases in US) settled days before going to court Camille Kiefel’s lawsuit, alleged that her healthcare providers failed to properly screen her for mental health issues before approving her for irreversible surgery. @SeanFraserMP
