🛠 Building SortIt — SaaS for housing organizations. Stack: Next.js + Expo + Express/Prisma Learning a lot of stuff: JWT, RBAC, multi-tenancy, web sockets, push notifications, Stripe, uploads, reports...
For someone just getting into programming, I usually recommend C because it teaches the fundamentals really well. It helps you understand how memory, pointers, data structures, and the computer itself work, making it much easier to learn other languages later.
I'd recommend Python. Because of its simple syntax, which lets you focus on understanding algorithms and problem-solving instead of spending time dealing with language syntax.
