Can we talk about car reviews online? They don’t scratch the surface often times. Having a car for a few hours or even a week really doesn’t give you the full experience of what it’s like to own it day in and day out.

@sarah_go_green @EvEvangelist @OctopusEnergy I would say I got an email from Octopus right after my tweet which I love about them! The team actually cares about customer experience!

5. The worst one yet, it takes you to random locations, not where you’re intending to go. I prefer sharing from Google Maps phone app bc the built in search is bad and it ends up taking me to random locations several streets over OR a few miles away in some cases!

3. One time I shared a destination from my phone and it arrived as if it’s a destination in Asia 4. If you look for destinations on the car itself, it doesn’t have most places (just sync it with google maps!)

Can we talk about how bad @lotuscars navigation is? 1. Often asks you to be in the wrong lane 2. One time it wouldn’t move my current location, thankfully I was going home so it wasn’t a problem

Not helpful at all. It needs to be a button that says: pre-condition now. When I’m on the road, I’m not “scheduling my departure time”. I’m stopping for a charge.

@sarah_go_green @EvEvangelist @OctopusEnergy It automatically adds the charger when you choose to add an EV now. Lotus Emeya. Had no issues when I had a Tesla.

@sarah_go_green That’s very positive! I did hear good things about the availability of EV charging in Western Europe! I should give it a go one day!!

Does range anxiety ever go away? Off to Glasgow tomorrow and couldn’t help but save a few options along the route.

@sarah_go_green Been driving EV for 4 years now… I’m a planning freak so can’t help it.. I have to save stops just in case…

@EvEvangelist @sarah_go_green @OctopusEnergy I am considering leaving Octopus bc if that but also, the app got worse. You cannot add your car as a device, it has to be the charger, the interoperability between the two is rubbish although it was installed by them.
