Chicago transit worker allegedly stabbed to death by suspect who was on electronic monitoring with at least four probation violations. Julian Mobley, 41, a CTA janitor, husband and father, was allegedly killed after confronting the suspect for entering a Green Line station without paying. Prosecutors say the suspect maced Mobley twice in the face before stabbing him in the neck in broad daylight — and was arrested hours later after allegedly robbing the victim.
