@qatarairways I'm honestly shocked and disappointed , never expected this from a five stars airline to process a refund for more than 3 months, I can't even speak to the relevant team directly or contact them or even speak to a supervisor. this is absurd 2/2

@qatarairways is not processing a refund requested two months ago. They just keep on telling me it will be done soon, but then don't process it at all. Not a happy customer.
