Focus on making progress, not perfection.
“Slow success builds character. Fast success builds ego.” — Ratan Tata Slow progress humbles you. It teaches patience, discipline, and resilience. That’s the kind of success that lasts.
It gives you the power to earn money, which gets you all that money can buy (though not more) and the freedom of choice to do what you want and navigate life’s challenges well. The most valuable forms of human capital are great skills, great relationships, and a great reputation. I urge you to invest heavily and uncompromisingly in getting these. Besides being the most powerful type of capital, human capital is the only capital that can't be taken away from you. Throughout history, those who had everything else taken away—including those who had to leave their countries with nothing more than the shirts on their back—but had great human capital were still able to prosper. Before he past away, Charlie Munger shared one simple rule for life: “Spend less. Invest more. Avoid toxic people. Avoid envy. Learn every day.” Use discipline to succeed in life. He said envy brings no joy, warned against arrogance, and every day lived the motto: “Go to bed smarter than when you woke up.” This mindset took him from 20 dollars an hour to being billionaire. Munger proved discipline, consistency, and simplicity builds wealth.

Important information like, time stamps of 1) pilot conversations 2) RAT deployment (not when it began supplying) 3) first instance of Fuel control switch(FCS) transition. 4) what did pilots converse for 10 sec when FCS were toggled from Cut off to RUN ? AAIB has all the info, but chooses to hide it from public. Lots of basic errors as well. FADEC full form incorrect in OFFICIAL reports. This report looks like an eyewash.
