📣DePIN new Model Now that we have successfully completed the deployment of node 1.0.6, we are continuing with the development and expansion of our DePIN messaging mode. The model we have proposed is one in which the node acts as a guarantor for transferring information among participants, ensuring that only those with the token configured on the node can access the information. ▶️DePIN Subassets We have now added a new level of functionality by introducing DePIN layers, so that a single node configured for a token can now have sublevels based on subassets. This works very well when managing IoT system farms, where you can deploy levels in which higher levels can control lower ones, but lower levels cannot see beyond their own level. ✅ Greater security by exposing only limited levels ✅ Greater privacy by seeing only your own level ✅ Resource optimization when transferring information. ▶️ Messaging System This new model also includes privileges for certain token holders. Additionally, by creating subassets, it is possible to have multiple communication channels, enabling a system similar to Telegram but with ephemeral messages. Users may have different access levels depending on the token they hold, and these privileges can also be revoked by moderators or the administrator. ▶️ New Management System We are currently working on implementing a new management model for DePIN tokens that will enable the administration of the ecosystem. This is an effective and simple method for creating small or large networks where only those designated by the token creator can communicate. No third parties required, no large corporations required, no permission required. A Neurai node becomes a private, peer-to-peer instant messaging service. 🌊Testing DePIN in Neurai Wallet We currently have the DePIN chat feature in our web wallet, but we know that not everyone has access to a computer for communication; moreover, a cell phone will always be much more accessible to everyone and makes it easier to communicate or manage devices from anywhere. The next version of Neurai Wallet for Android will include an experimental version of this Neurai DePIN Private Chat, and we’re also currently testing a service we developed that makes it easy to set up your own DePIN network with Docker. This enables a decentralized, interconnected network with a range of up to 300 meters and very low power consumption perfect for exchanging information between IoT devices or even for a simple messaging system between devices. In this initial phase, using BLE, we’ve incorporated the DePIN token, created specifically for Neurai, which grants the token owner certain features, such as the ability to revoke its use once it has been handed over or assigned, and the restriction that it cannot be moved from its assigned address. This network will always have at least one gateway to connect the Internet and the Neurai network to the generated Matrix network, in cases where the devices themselves do not have Internet access. 💡Neurai DePIN use case Sometimes questions arise about the usefulness of these small networks in the real world, and here are several clear examples 1⃣ Private messaging With the model we propose, it is possible to create small, private and encrypted messaging networks where the administrator can add or remove users by assigning DePIN tokens, which have the distinctive feature of being revocable by the administrator. 2⃣ Remote IoT management Once a MESH network has been set up between ESP32 devices, it is possible to establish encrypted communication between them on top of the MESH layer itself, which is already encrypted, whereby messages are encrypted using the private key configured on each device, which is managed by our DePIN token. An administrator can add and remove tokens and send and receive information from these devices using military grade encryption. 3⃣AI managed IoT The Positronic Upgrade includes an optional MCP configuration on the node, which allows private or public LLM models to be connected to manage communication within the DePIN network that the user has set up. This opens up the possibility for a single LLM to manage multiple networks belonging to the administrator, handling the information that flows through them, both at a personal level and, above all, at a professional level. With Android, you can use the USB-C connection to connect an ESP32 and flash it. The benefits of this are: ✅Portability, you can flash the firmware anywhere. ✅No internet connection required if you’ve already downloaded the firmware. ✅Fast, efficient, and supports batch flashing. ✅Additional configurations, such as Wi-Fi, for specific IoT versions. Neurai Swap: New Update We have updated our asset swap platform on the Neurai Testnet by adding support for using NeuraiHW with the ESP32 and the latest firmware installed. To use it, you must use the Neurai Chrome extension, which connects the SWAP website to our hardware wallet. Sneak Peak: DePIN Privacy Chat One of the new features of the Positronic update is the introduction of a special token called DePIN, which gives the creator greater control over the ownership of this token, it cannot be transferred unless you have the master token. This was designed to enable the creation of DePIN networks that the creator can control to prevent security issues, and it also allows for the creation of private networks within the network. This private Network can be turned into a small chat room by using a Neurai node configured as a base server, enabling private messaging among owners of the configured token. This feature is already working in our experimental web wallet, but we’re integrating it into the mobile app, where it makes the most sense. Additionally, it will also be possible to remotely control devices or access AI agents configured on a node through the newly introduced MCP. 📽️ Neurai HW ESP32: Mobile + HW Before releasing the first binary for community testing, we’ve added certain essential features for use as a crypto walle or, more accurately, as a signer. The ESP32-S3 does not have a dedicated security chip to prevent an attacker from obtaining the wallet’s seed, but it does have a cryptographic system for storing information in NVM, providing greater security than the standard ESP32. What we’ve added is the ability to create a wallet from scratch right on the device itself, which is much more secure, but we’ve also added an option to enter the 12/24 word recovery phrase from a mobile phone, as shown in this video, which turned out a bit rough.
