🚨 UPDATE WARNING: From the "Karmelo Anthony Trial"  June 8th 2026 A retired court stenographer who has been attending the trial and documenting what happens inside the courtroom was allegedly threatened outside a store parking lot, after leaving the courthouse. According to what she reported, two women approached her with purple shirts on while she was in her car and screaming at her warning her to “watch out,” while making references to the Black Panthers “rolling up.” After she drove away, she noticed a black SUV following her. When she arrived at her hotel, the vehicle reportedly drove by slowly. Moments later, while she was on the phone with me, someone knocked on her hotel room door. I told her not to open it. Hotel security was contacted, she was safely escorted out, and I arranged transportation to the airport to get her away from the situation and back home. Authorities were notified and given descriptions of the individuals, the vehicle, and the identifying bumper sticker. They stated security around the courthouse would be increased and patrols would be watching for the vehicle. This is disgusting and unacceptable. No one should be threatened, followed, or intimidated for attending a public trial, documenting courtroom proceedings, or reporting what they witnessed. This trial is already tense enough. Intimidation outside a courthouse crosses a serious line. Let the justice system work. Stop trying to scare people into silence. Everyone attending this trial, reporting on it, or simply being near the courthouse needs to stay alert. Be aware of your surroundings, don’t walk alone if you can avoid it, and report anything suspicious immediately. Stay safe, keep your head on a swivel, and do not let intimidation silence the truth.

So we're supposed to never question the integrity of California's elections when they have no voter ID, massive amounts of mail-in ballots, allow ballot harvesting, accept ballots up to seven days after the election, and take weeks to count 10 million votes.

According to this, it is legal in California to accept ballots without a postmark if the voter handwrites the date on the envelope. This means all someone has to do is backdate ballots and send them in after Election Day. There’s still two more days of accepting new ballots. They’re not even done yet.

I actually don’t care who’s LA Mayor. I just want to hire someone who is willing to bring on an adequate number of @LAPD for a city this size; properly equip the @LAFD; pick up the trash in the streets and on the freeways; get rid of all homeless encampments and put the mentally ill people who light fires, harass us at red lights, walk onto the freeways, etc into treatment; uphold existing laws and punish the increasing crime; fill potholes and file down the tire-popping ridges in the roads and freeways; shutdown and prosecute street take-overs that block traffic and scar the intersections; and stop “losing” billions of our tax dollars on various unfinished city projects. It’s a very low bar. @spencerpratt was the only person in this race who planned on doing something about any of it. I’d be fine if Bass as the @MayorOfLA had been interested in doing any of that the past 4 years. I’d be fine if @nithyavraman had gone in this direction during her years in City Council. But now it seems they want us to believe that most of the people in LA just love the city as the mess that it is, and in fact want the very people who made it this way to continue on and make it even worse. Ok. I don’t believe you at all. But, I guess we’ll all get to watch you make a mess of the Olympics and any other event (natural or planned) that occurs here. It’s remarkable that competence is in such short supply.

This is also an outright lie. This woman, “Nique,” is spreading false information that places me in a dangerous position. At this point, I believe these actions are intended to incite harassment and potentially violence against me. Because of situations like this, we have significantly increased our security measures and are taking additional precautions to ensure our safety. On 12 January 2013, Robert Ethan Saylor, a 26-year-old man with Down syndrome from Frederick County, Maryland, watched the film Zero Dark Thirty at a local movie theater with his caregiver. When the film ended, his caregiver left him briefly in the lobby while she went to get the car. Ethan returned to the theater to watch the film again. His aide later told investigators that Ethan had loved the film. He had even clapped at the end. Ethan was fascinated with law enforcement. He sometimes called 911 just to ask dispatchers questions. He was a devoted follower of the television programme NCIS and loved talking to police officers. A theater employee noticed he had re-entered without a ticket and called mall security. Three off-duty Frederick County sheriff's deputies, Lieutenant Scott Jewell, Sergeant Rich Rochford and Deputy First Class James Harris, responded. Ethan's caregiver returned and spoke to management and one of the officers, alerting them that he had Down syndrome and asking to be allowed in to help. Her request was refused. The aide warned the deputies that Ethan would freak out if they touched him. Moments later, she described seeing three or four officers holding him and trying to put him in handcuffs. She heard him screaming "ouch," "don't touch me" and "get off." Witnesses said he was screaming "Mommy! Mommy! It hurts!" as he was forcibly removed from his seat. Ethan ended up on the floor beneath the three deputies. As the deputies tried to restrain him along a slightly inclined ramp at the rear of the theater, three sets of handcuffs were placed on him during the struggle. As the deputies manhandled him, they fractured his larynx, making it difficult for him to breathe. When this became apparent, they rolled him onto his side, removed his handcuffs and called emergency medical technicians. It was too late. Ethan suffocated. He was pronounced dead at a local hospital. The state medical examiner ruled the death a homicide caused by asphyxia. The presiding federal judge later wrote that Ethan had been sitting quietly in his seat and that there was nothing in the record to suggest that, if left alone, he would not have remained there until his mother arrived. He described the escalation in the deputies' use of force as dramatic and noted that a man had died over the cost of a movie ticket. A county grand jury determined criminal charges were not warranted. The three deputies were cleared in an internal affairs investigation and faced no criminal consequences. Ethan's mother, Patti Saylor, said: "Ethan's life matters. He didn't deserve to die the way he did. People with disabilities are part of our community, and first responders and law enforcement need to know and respect their needs." In 2018, the family settled a civil lawsuit for $1.9 million against the state of Maryland, the three deputies and the mall management company. No one was ever charged with a crime in connection with Ethan Saylor's death.
