Strategy sold 2.71M $MSTR shares via its ATM program, generating $335.5M in net proceeds. The company used a portion of the funds to acquire 520 $BTC at an average price of $67,068 per Bitcoin. At the same time, Strategy increased its USD Reserve by $300M to $1.4B to support the credit quality of its Digital Credit securities. Strategy now holds 847,363 $BTC, acquired for a total of $64.1B at an average cost of $75,651 per Bitcoin. The corporate Bitcoin treasury strategy shows no signs of slowing.
