Prayer for Healing: “Lord, I know You are able to heal me in every way. I need healing—mentally, emotionally, spiritually, physically… And I know it is Your will to heal me, because Your son Jesus died so I could be healed. Lord, let the beauty of His sacrifice sink into my spirit and fill me with faith to trust in Your Word. I ask You for healing right now in Jesus’ name. I was a prisoner for much of my life because I was filled with fear, guilt, shame, bitterness, and hatred, including self-hatred. I didn’t live behind iron bars, but I was definitely a prisoner to those tormenting emotions. If you or someone you know is bound by these things, you can be free. Jesus came to set us free and to help us see and enjoy the new life He offers—a life that is abundant and filled with great joy (see John 10:10). I hope to encourage you to know that as you continue in God’s Word, you will know the truth and it will make you free (see John 8:31–32). No matter what your circumstances are, if you are free in your heart and mind, then you are free indeed! Examine what is going on inside you and ask God to help you with any tormenting emotion that is holding you captive. If you are brokenhearted due to painful things in your past, Jesus will heal you and set you free!

Most people can believe God loves them if they think they deserve it. Problems arise when you feel you do not deserve God's love and yet desperately need it. God's love for you is perfect—and unconditional. When you fail He keeps loving you because His love is not based on you but on Him. Sin separated you from God, but He loved you so much He sent His only Son, Jesus, to die for you so He could lavish His great love upon you. If you can believe that God, who is so perfect, loves you, then you can believe you are worth loving!

Stress is inevitable — but staying stuck in it doesn't have to be. Swipe through for 3 simple ways to lighten your load and give yourself some breathing room. 1. Seek Social Support: As social beings, spending time with others is one of the best ways to improve our outlook. Different social outlets work better for different people. 2. Practice "Shrug Therapy": The best approach when things are beyond your control is to shrug them off and trust God to work things out for your good (Romans 8:28). 3. Find Your Comfort Zone And Stay There: I’m convinced there would be much more happiness and less stress in the world if people would take the time to know themselves and their comfort zone and stay there.
