Plotting the overthrow of the country isn't constitutionally protected activity. Speaking academically about how the country could be taken down is protected, but that's not what the DSA is doing. These aren't academic theories being debated in a classroom. This is a heavily funded and highly active political party actively strategizing about how to execute plans to take the country down, while electing members to office and infiltrating American institutions.
