I have received three complaints regarding discrepancies in OMR sheets. The documents shared by the candidates prima facie indicate inconsistencies that deserve a fair and impartial examination. I firmly believe that every candidate who has genuinely suffered due to any discrepancy on the part of NTA must receive justice. Genuine grievances should not be dismissed merely by citing that some documents circulating online are forged, fabricated, or AI-generated. At the same time, to ensure the credibility of the complaints, I have asked each complainant to provide a written undertaking affirming that the documents shared with me are genuine and have not been fabricated or altered. My legal notice to NTA is ready, and appropriate legal action will be initiated to ensure that every genuine grievance is properly addressed and investigated. #NEET #NTA #JusticeForStudents

The student has also shared supporting evidence in support of this claim. If the discrepancy is genuine, it is a matter of serious concern and deserves immediate attention. I will be issuing a legal notice to the National Testing Agency (NTA) seeking an explanation and appropriate action. I have always stood with students in their fight for fairness and justice. Every genuine grievance deserves to be heard, and every student has the right to a transparent and error-free evaluation process. Update: @NTA_Exams has sent us this omr sheet now, which score 116. NTA did not give us any OMR sheet on mail previously, It did not allow download option on the login portal, and many students could not download,Lakshya took screenshot. Later NTA also removed the omr sheets from the portal too. Now We have to fight legal case with NTA now , as in it is our kid who has forged things or it is NTA's mismanagement or loophole deliberate or indeliberate. We are moving legally now, may be we cannot prove things as NTA left minimal scope, but we will continue the fight for justice. NTA clearly has played really well by not sending emails to students previously and also removing the omr they put in portal. But then it has to prove it's transparency too. Judiciary is the only way. Will keep you all updated. Thank you the immense support🙏🏿
