Tracking my mood swings since the week before my sister passed away it seems I am really in a neutral/pleasant mood way more than I think I am.

@ginKerafleW I use an app called “How We Feel” to track my state of mind, and I am often surprised that my results are towards the positive. This app helps me tune in to my inner self. I started it a few months after I started therapy. I recommend it.
