সংযুক্ত ছবিগুলো শীর্ষ সন্ত্রাসী সুব্রত বাইনের বিশেষ পাসপোর্টের যা কেবল বাংলাদেশ ও ভারতে যাতায়াতের জন্যে ইস‍্যু করা হয় ২০০১ সালের ০২ আগষ্ট, যখন দেশে অষ্টম জাতীয় সংসদ নির্বাচনের আয়োজন করছিলো তৎকালীন তত্ত্বাবধায়ক সরকার। বিশ্বস্ত সূত্রে পাওয়া এই সম্পূর্ণ পাসপোর্টটি যাচাই করে দেখা যায়, মোহাম্মদ আলী, ছদ্ম নামে নেয়া এই পাসপোর্ট ব্যবহার করে সুব্রত বাইন ওরফে মোহাম্মদ আলী ২০০১ সালের ৮ অক্টোবর সর্বপ্রথম বাংলা বান্ধা সীমান্ত দিয়ে ভারতে প্রবেশ করে (ভিসা প্রদান করা হয় ৭ অক্টোবর ২০০১)। এর প্রায় তিন মাস পর (ভারতে অবস্থানের সময় বৃদ্ধি করে) ৭ জানুয়ারি ২০০২ আবার বাংলাদেশে ফেরত আসে। এভাবে তার ভারত-বাংলাদেশ যাতায়াত চলতেই থাকে, পাসপোর্টের সকল ইমিগ্রেশন সীল ও ভিসা যাচাই করে পাওয়া গেছে ১৩ জুন ২০০৪ পর্যন্ত সর্বমোট ৯ বার মোহাম্মদ আলী নামের বিশেষ পাসর্পোটটি ব্যবহার করে ভারতীয় ভিসা গ্রহণ করে সুব্রত বাইন, এক্সিট-এন্ট্রি করেন ৩২ বার। সূত্রটি জানিয়েছে এ সময়ের ভেতর বাংলাদেশের অভ্যন্তরে বেশ কয়েকটি টার্গেটেড কিলিং সংঘটিত করে সুব্রত। প্রতিবার একেকটি হত‍্যা করেই ভারতে পাড়ি জমাতো এই খুনি। ভারতীয় গোয়েন্দা সংস্থা ‘র এবং দেশটির সেনা গোয়েন্দা এম আই (Military Intelligence) এর সাথে সম্পর্কিত সুব্রত বাইনকে বাংলাদেশের অভ্যন্তরে অবস্থান করা ভারতের প্রতি হুমকি এমন সব ব্যক্তিদের হত্যার মিশন দেয়া হয়েছিলো। উলফা, ইউনাইটেড লিবারেশন অফ নাগাল্যান্ড, পাকিস্তান ভিত্তিক মুত্তাহিদা কওমি মুভমেন্ট (এমকিউএম) এর বাংলাদেশ শাখা সহ সহ আরো কয়েকটি সংগঠনের (যা ভারতে নিষিদ্ধ) নেতাদের ছবি ও ঠিকানা দিয়ে; অস্ত্র-অর্থ সহ মিশন কার্যকরী করতে যা যা প্রয়োজন সেসবের ব্যবস্থা করে বারবারই বাংলাদেশে প্রবেশ করতো সুব্রত বাইন ও তার সহযোগী মোল্লা মাসুদ। ২০০৩ সালে এভাবেই একবার প্রস্তুতি নিয়ে সুব্রত ঢাকায় আসে এবং মোহাম্মদপুর এলাকার একটি বাড়ীতে হামলা করে নাগাল্যান্ডের সার্বভৌমত্ব দাবী করা বম সম্প্রদায়ের এক নেতার স্ত্রী ও তার ৭ বছরের সন্তানকে হত্যা করে। এই ঘটনার কিছুদিন পর, পাকিস্তানী বংশোদ্ভূত মোহাম্মদপুর বিহারী ক্যাম্পের মোস্তাকিম কাবাবের মালিক মোস্তাকিমকে গুলি করে হত্যা করে। মুত্তাহিদা কওমি মুভমেন্ট (এমকিউএম) নামের পাকিস্তান ভিত্তিক একটি সংগঠনের সাথে সংশ্লিষ্টতার কারণে ভারতীয় গোয়েন্দা সংস্থার মাথাব্যথার কারণ হয়ে দাঁড়িয়েছিলেন মোস্তাকিম। এছাড়াও বহুবার উলফার নেতা পরেশ বড়ুয়াকে হত্যার চেষ্টা করে সুব্রত বাইন, কিন্তু ব‍্যর্থ হয় প্রতিবার। এই পাসপোর্টে সর্বশেষ ১৩ই জুন ২০০৪ একটি সিংগেল এন্ট্রি ভারতীয় ভিসা ইস্যু করা হয়, যার মেয়াদ ১২ জুলাই ২০০৪ পর্যন্ত। কিন্তু ভিসার মেয়ার পার হয়ে গেলেও ৬ সেপ্টেম্বর ২০০৪ পর্যন্ত ভারতে অবস্থান করতে তাকে সম্ভবত তেমন কোন সমস্যার মুখে পড়তে হয়নি। সর্বশেষ পাসপোর্টটি ব্যবহার করে সুব্রত বাইন বাংলাদেশ প্রবেশ করে ৬ সেপ্টেম্বর ২০০৪, পরবর্তীতে এই পাসপোর্টে আর কোন ভিসা কিংবা বহির্গমন সীল লক্ষ্য করা যায়নি। ইন্টারেস্টিং হলো এর প্রায় তিন বছর পর, ১৪ মে, ২০০৭ মোহাম্মদ আলী নামে একটি ভারতীয় পাসপোর্ট প্রদান করা হয় সুব্রতকে।

Every leader wants to develop his country. If I am the Yunus, I would think this way. For Bangladesh, the fundamental problem clearly is the relatively limited lands support too large population. There are only two ways out: 1. Territorial expansion. There are three directions for Bandladesh, Myanmar, the six northeastern states of India, or West Bengal of india. 2. Industrialization. Only industrialization can support a larger population than agriculture and prevent Bangladesh from falling into the Malthusian trap. If territorial expansion is temporarily impossible, the only way out for Bandladesh is industrialization. Bangladesh has some industrial base, it has a good textile industry, and its per capita GDP is higher than India's, but clearly far from enough, and China actually could be the main helper. From China's perspective, the strategic importance of Bangladesh in South Asia is clearly on the rise, and Bangladesh is a big market itself. Therefore, further assistance from China to help Bangladesh to achieve better industrial development is actually in line with China's interests from both economic and geopolitical perspectives. Of course, China also needs to help Bangladesh increase its defense capabilities. The recent example of Pakistan-India war has proven that although the overall national strength is weaker than India's, countries like Pakistan or Bangladesh still can defend themselves from India with the performance advantage of China's advanced weapons.

A nation’s true commitment to diplomacy is tested not in words but in actions. Yet, India has mastered the art of double standards—preaching friendship while quietly sheltering the architects of mass murder in Bangladesh. The paradox of India’s stance is staggering. While on the surface it claims to maintain cordial ties with its neighbor Bangladesh—such as when the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) Spokesperson Shri Randhir Jaiswal stated, "It was conveyed that India desires a positive, constructive, and mutually beneficial relationship with Bangladesh, which has been reiterated several times in recent high-level meetings"—it simultaneously harbors the top officials of a fallen regime responsible for crimes against humanity and mass murder. Consider this: when the brutal dictator was toppled after years of oppression, justice-seeking citizens hoped for closure. Yet, rather than standing with the victims and the people of Bangladesh, India extended a red carpet to those responsible—providing them with safe houses, intelligence support, and logistical aid to stage a comeback. It not only sheltered Sheikh Hasina, the butcher of Bangladesh, but also provided a safe haven to Asaduzzaman Khan Kamal, the Heinrich Himmler of Bangladesh and the architect of the July-August massacre. Alongside them, hundreds of MPs, ministers, and government officials directly involved in Hasina’s brutality have found refuge under India’s protection. So, Mr. Jaiswal, why did you extend your hand to those responsible for brutality in Bangladesh? Why can Awami League leaders illegally cross into India and receive a free pass to stay and travel without any legal documents—without visas or passports—while BNP’s top leader Salahuddin Ahmed was arrested for so-called border infringement and imprisoned for years? Why this double standard from the "good neighbor"? Listen, Mr. Jaiswal, these are not mere political exiles; they are the masterminds of mass graves, the architects of cleansing, and the orchestrators of unspeakable brutality. By sheltering them and providing every possible support, India is not only betraying the people of Bangladesh but is also complicit in BAL's crimes. By shielding war criminals, India is not just defying justice—it is destabilizing the region and emboldening future despots. Unless the Bangladeshi government and its people recognize India as their prime enemy, we remain in grave danger—risking further decades of subjugation, just as we have suffered for the past sixteen years. Anyone who examines Bangladesh’s deposed dictator’s career would realize that she blames the U.S. for everything that has gone wrong in her life. Clearly she was traumatized by her father’s assassination and probably should have sought therapy and medication. Instead she developed a warped world view where she saw a US conspiracy around every corner. We were behind the grenade attack against her, we rigged elections she lost, we prevented her from getting a Nobel Prize, and we orchestrated the July Revolution because Hillary, Soros, and the Easter Bunny told us to build a military base on St Martin Island. I hope now that she has nothing to do in New Delhi she has time to get the help she clearly needs. It is a good thing she has a globally renowned health expert for a daughter to help arrange this.
