If you had bought 1,000 Bitcoin in 2010, you'd have forgotten your password, day traded it, or sold it when you hit some arbitrary value in fiat.

If there is a minimum age to vote, there should also be a maximum age. Allowing boomers to continue to hoard wealth and implement insane policies to enrich themselves needs to end.

Reasons not to like BIP-110: - Doesn’t solve the problem - Opens up a political attack vector which would demonstrate that a small group can control Bitcoin - Led by a single lunatic developer Reasons to like BIP-110: - You can virtue signal about your poorly informed feelings

Remember when all the liberals laughed when Texans had a once in 50 yr snowstorm that knocked out power temporarily and people died? In California/NYC happens all the time with predictable summer heat. 0 republicans laughing at the misfortune.

New York: it's hot out there, and the power grid is working overtime to keep us cool. Set your AC to 78 degrees, turn off lights/electronics you're not using, and unplug what you can. Our City is doing its part too: maintaining the 78 degrees rule in our buildings,

A linear path that Elon is likely pursuing with connectivity/compute to capture full stack TAM: 1. SpaceX continues to eat into telco and datacenter/compute market share, while having a unique long term moat w/ it's launch capabilities. 2. Develops new version of smartphone that is AI native, probably has little to no apps (We're here today - but early) 3. Eventually it becomes the largest telco/compute. Full stack value capture from compute > connectivity > hardware > OS > "X app for everything." Leans in heavy with cheap AI native smartphone. 4. SpaceX acquires Neuralink after it becomes mass produced/scalable. The next hardware not being a screen but instead your mind. Skipping AR glasses etc.

Hey @grok how many times has Peter Schiff effectively said Bitcoin is going to drop or go to $0?

Peter Schiff @PeterSchiff

Bitcoin has support at $58,000. I doubt it will hold. Once it gives way, Bitcoin could collapse below $50,000, testing the August 2024 low. If that support fails too, the next level is around $20,000. Strategy will have to sell a lot more Bitcoin to maintain its dollar reserve.

SoV (Store of Value) assets inherently will have higher price volatility than centralized fiat currency. That sounds counterintuitive right? Shouldn't a SoV be "stable value?" If the price was stable that would mean it's centrally controlled, which is the opposite of what makes it a good store of value. In other words, SoV is about the credibility that an asset can't be control, and that the monetary policy can't be altered easily.

Gold has a $30 trillion market cap with zero merchant adoption. So why do people think Bitcoin can only have value if it’s used for coffee payments?

Take note of all the morons who voice support for BIP-110. You can safely ignore any of their future thoughts as they literally have mush for brains. Fork off already ✌️

My 2 cents on the AC situation in Europe (as an almost architect). And by the way, I've always had AC in my apartments. Most city centers in Europe are protected, so installing AC units on the facade is not an option. If you think installing AC machines on the facades of Venice,

Bitcoin has been declared dead at least 472 times. If you had invested just $100 every time this happened, you could have literally bought a seat on a spaceship to the moon.
