DY Chandrachud violates a fundamental tenet of judicial ethics by speaking about a judgment he himself delivered, i.e. Ayodhya. The reason he does this is because he knows the judgment – which gave the site of the demolished Babri Masjid to the very vandals who tore it down in 1992 – does not "speak for itself" as it is completely illogical and convoluted and still needs to be justified or validated. Chandrachud now confesses that he saw the very presence of the Babri Masjid as a 'desecration' — a perception he shared with the vandals. It is evident that he decided the case on faith and not law or evidence but obviously could not say this in the judgment. He has now let the cat out of the bag, damning his own reputation and besmirching forever the name of the Supreme Court of India.

Dear Election Commission of India, Prime Minister Narendra Modi's brazen transfer of Rs. 10,000 crore in public funds to 75 lakh women in Bihar on the cusp of the state assembly elections is a flagrant act of mass bribery. This deliberate misuse and abuse of public resources aimed at influencing the electoral outcome undermines the fairness and impartiality of the electoral process, striking at the very foundation of our democracy. To uphold the sanctity of free and fair elections, the @ECISVEEP must act decisively. I urge you to recommend to the @rashtrapatibhvn the imposition of President’s Rule in Bihar immediately upon the expiration of the current assembly’s tenure and thereafter defer elections by at least six months. While I am mindful of constitutional provisions, the ECI is duty-bound to transcend their letter and act in their spirit to protect democracy. Reason: I will have to catch a train from New Delhi to Kota in Rajasthan to appear before a villlage court (ग्राम न्यालय) in District Baran, Rajasthan, tomorrow (Thursday 18 September) morning in a different defamation case instituted by Adani Power Limited. The court is located 100 kilometres from Kota. This will be my fifth visit to the court. Three of us, Prabir Purkayastha, Abir Dasgupta and I, are travelling together. You may be aware in the Adani Enterprises Limited versus Paranjoy Guha Thakurta and others case, the Government of India’s Ministry of Information and Broadcast has involved a host of journalists and media organisations such as Ravish Kumar, Ajit Anjum, Aakash Banerjee (Deshbhakt), Dhruv Rathee, The Wire, NewsLaundry, HW News, New Delhi Post, Ulta Chasma and others by directing them to take down Adani related context from their social media handles. Massive Election Scandal going on in the country. In Mahadevapura if BJP was adding fake voters, in Aland in North Karnataka, they were deleting voters using a software algorithm sitting somewhere outside Karnataka. Here is Godabai from Aland, in whose name 12 votes in her booth was deleted. Her name was used and some other north Indian phone numbers were used to generate OTP. Such deletions were done back to back that too 4 O'clock in the morning within a gap of 36 seconds. The Karnakata CID was asking for evidence from @ECISVEEP since 2023 and they refused to give it. If they have nothing to hide why are they not sharing the data? All of this is done digitally and can be traced to the dot who really did it. And nobody can file a case against Gyanesh Kumar and you know why? In December, 2023 after suspending 141 MPs, BJP passed a bill which ensures that none of the three present or past election commission can be charged a case any court in the country for any criminal act they did.
