Stupidity at the top. Instead of helping customers, they r trying to not travel with PIA in future. Bought ticket nd connecting time at Abudhabi airport was 1:40 minutes. But PIA has denied to board as waiting time shall be minimum 3 hours.
Connecting flight was @airfrance and they told that minimum time was 1 hour so 1:40 minute was enough. But helping staff was not listening
My Husband flew for the first time with @airfrance today, never again! What an absolute shit show! They give @AvantiWestCoast a run for their money!!
@staralliance @AirCanada Air Canada is the worst of Star Alliance. I wish United flew direct to Montreal. The communication via text and their terrible app is frequently wrong.
@AirCanada this morning I received notification that my flight tonight is delayed 2 hours. A few minutes ago I was sent a gate change notification but it still shows the original flight time. 🤦♂️
@AirCanada on Pittsburgh to YYZ E175 aircraft. Just a heads up that seat 12c has no entertainment system. No one seems to know why.
Ryanair check-in dispute. Which, "It's clearly unfair to charge customers £165 to print out three pieces of paper for a genuine mistake. "Gotcha" fees like this are part of the reason Ryanair is regularly rated one of the UK's worst airlines." bbc.co.uk/news/business-…

@airasia hello, I’ve received an email from you telling me my flight has been changed and I’ve requested a refund, you return the email and tell me refund denied because no changes have occurred with the flight!? I’ve tried speaking with your automated chat Bo, but he’s useless.
