Chasing History: Inclarity Turney already holds 3 school records and is in hot pursuit of more. The record holder for stls in a career, stls and asts in a season is also tied for the school record for career blocks. With 1 more block, she will hold that record on her own.
After an official review of Wednesday's game against Grant, it has been confirmed that Inclarity Turney had 1 blocked shot. This gives her 88 blocked shots for her career setting a new school record. She is now the holder of 4 indy records!

Season Recap: Junior Emily Ovaska was the only Eagle to eclipse 100 points and 100 rebounds on the season. Ovaska had the highest FG% on the team, shooting 43.8% from the floor.
Season Recap: After switching roles mid-season, Adey Martin grabbed 121 rebounds (good for second on the team) while frequently being assigned the opponents top player to defend.

Senior Jess Ross was one of 5 Eagles to score 100+ points on the season, including scoring 13 in the home opener against Antioch. Ross finished the season with the highest FT% on the team, making over 70% of her shots.

Last night we rebranded one of our awards to honor the commitment of Coach Phelan and his family to Lakes Basketball. The Phelan Award will be presented each year to the person who best demonstrates the culture of Lakes Basketball. This years recipient is Kaylee Anderson.
Madison Twarling received 2 awards at our end of the year banquet. The senior all-NLCC selection was named Most Improved and Most Valuable by her teammates and coaches. She also was the team's all-NLCC sportsmanship recipient.

Although the Eagles came up short tonight, Inclarity Turney recorded her 100th assist of the season on a Madison Twarling 3 pointer. That now gives her the school record for assists in a season. This marks the 3rd school record that Turney holds. Congrats, Inclarity!
One more milestone was recorded this evening. Junior Emily Ovaska became the 5th Eagle to eclipse 100 points on the season and the first to record 100 points and 100 rebounds. Congratulations, Emily!
