Trying to get my refund for air tickets booked on @qatarairways via @bookingcom for over a month now. @bookingcom says they are awaiting refund from @qatarairways who asks me to reach out to @bookingcom. Quite a circus; any guidance on legal recourse?

@qatarairways I have filed my damage bag claim vide file ref no. DEL3237945 on July 1st 2023. They took my bag for repair also. But till date neither I received baggage claim nor my repaired bag. Kindly look into this matter. My uncle are highly disappointed. It was 600 USD bag.

@qatarairways Flew from UK to Phuket in July. Qatar lost our luggage for 5 days. We had nothing on arrival, had to buy swimming suits & supplies etc. Tried to follow up tirelessly for compensation but still not resolved. It's truly unacceptable. Will NEVER fly Qatar again.
