Website claim portal is live! Claim eligible new fees based on the quote asset the fees were claimed in. In most cases this is SOL. Alternate claim options like DM or tagging us in a post will be available soon. X Money payments remain paused until further notice. Your historical balances remain separate and we are working on a separate claim for these. We hope to bring X Money payouts back in the future.

A web portal for claims will be available soon as an interim option while we restore full payment service. We’re committed to getting payments running again as quickly as possible.
Fees claimed through UsePaid in the last 24 hours: $1.54M. That is 26x the day before, and more than the previous 7 days combined. Due to overwhelming support and ACH deposits not crediting over the weekend, we’re temporarily capping payouts at $750 per person per day until ACH lands on 9/28. This helps keep payments moving to more recipients, rather than concentrating funds among those with the largest balances. Any remaining balance will stay owed to you. We plan to restore normal payouts on Monday once the ACH deposits arrive. 11 days in. This is the start.
