@UOrangemen My guy is in the gym 6-7 days a week plus practice 5 days a week.

@UOrangemen A little late now. Should have gotten in there last Spring and Summer for best effects. But I guess, better late than never now.
@UOrangemen Weight room training must be coupled with good nutrition, hydration, and sleep.
