SOL feels very slow and methodical even using it at medium lately. It takes a long time. I'm starting to migrate SOL work to all day goals vs using it as a go-to for merging PR's etc. Not saying this is a good or bad thing. Just how I am working with it is changed a bit.

@imrobertmine to add to this it's more about input tokens as this is what triggers activation of different areas of jspace and previously you would use varied technical oddities to activate other "anchors" within the model but for its output summary it should be ok

@59thProfile thats a fair assessment, I'm also using ponytail which adds instructions Via hooks and works well - additionally a few lines on proper naming of variables to make grep more consistent following the latest research around that. overall it feels worth it.
