@xlee_istheking Hey, we noticed your post and just want to correct some information here. Stripe does not and can not unlink an Express account connected to X. This is incorrect. Only X, the managing platform can unlink the Express account from X allowing someone to start over.

Apologies for any confusion, but no, this is not possible, as a new subscription would need to be created if the prior one was cancelled. However, if you are still being charged after cancelling, it may be that the subscription did not cancel properly, which the merchant would need to look into. You would still need to contact your bank for further assistance if you aren't able to contact or reach a resolution with the merchant.
To clarify, verification is just once per account, not per project. Here's a simple breakdown: Account = your main Stripe profile (one verification, one payout bank account) Sandboxes = free test environments inside your account to build and test each project separately, no extra verification needed Organizations = only needed if you have multiple separate businesses (you can ignore this for now) So for most people with multiple projects, one account and Sandboxes is all you need.
