We are currently experiencing issues impacting production and development APIs.
Currently having a provider issue impacting html5 and new custom code deployments.
We are currently experiencing degraded API performance and are performing emergency DB maintenance to resolve the issue.
All health checks are now passing and things look to be back to normal.
Our vendor is aware of the issue and working on a resolution. We will update when information becomes available.
Having some issues with mob1's internal network. Working with our vendor to resolve.
Heads up that tomorrow night (10/24) at 10:00PM PDT we will be performing some maintenance and should be done by 2:00AM PDT.
Brief blip with our backend database causing some API requests to timeout/fail.
Just a reminder of our network starting in ~35 min. Integrated services (twitter, fb, github, etc.) and html5 hosting are impacted.
Tomorrow AM at 10:30AM to 11:30AM PST we will be performing network maintenance.
Things have normalized and we will continue to monitor.
Currently seeing some slow or requests timing out related the maintenance we are working to resolve this.
Performing some emergency maintenance this morning. This should be a low impact event but customers may see a brief interruption of api.
We had a very brief degradation in API call performance for approximately ~5 min but the issue is resolved and we will continue to monitor.
