Your layers are going to lay until Min. 1.5years, max 2 years and the difference is in this feed. Never compromise on Magic feed when starting your poultry journey. UPDATE: They tried to recruit the new worker into their web of thievery. My boy reported one incident to us. It turned out that all of them are thieves so they are all going to be sacked. We are going to get someone to help my boy manage the farm. I am not just a consultant in this business. I protect client investment as well.

Senior consultant was present today to address all issues: 1. Staff were stealing between 8-10 crates of eggs daily and selling them secretly. 2. Staff display disobedience, laziness, and negligence in their work. 3. A few birds were exposed to rainwater, with some suffering

We lost 6 of our girls today to a stampede. 1. A stampede occurs when the birds panic and rush about wildly, especially when the light is switched off at night. 2. They often force themselves into a corner, leading to some being choked or suffocated. 3. Unlike diseases, it is difficult to control a stampede. We always lose birds to stampedes and not to illnesses. Sadly! 4. Create curved corners with plywood to minimise stampede.

After days of trying to find a solution to this, I found one and it is a simple logic. 1. I found out that allowing the birds to group in a corner leads to suffocation when you switch off the light and there's another source of light entering their coop. 2. They use such a light source to group but if you go total darkness and there's no other light source they cannot see to aid movement to regroup. 3. They get stuck in their current position because chickens have very poor vision in total darkness. 4. Staying put and sleeping in the current position prevents grouping in a tight corner. Advantage: 0% mortality Disadvantage: 1. Birds group to pull together body temperatures to create a heat source to stay warm on cold nights. 2. Sleeping apart can cause cold stress and lethargy. 3. Sleep disturbance. Chickens may not have adequate sleep when they are cold. The good news is that, they can group in a corner and not suffocate when they get older. The problem is mostly associated with young chicks.

Design! Measurement, precision!!! We use the Ridge vent roofing type to prevent heat trapping in the coop for the following benefits; 1. Heat stress-free for layers to maintain production. 2. Sack in cold air from the rooftop to cool the coop. 3. Prevent heat from being trapped in the coop which leads to heat stress. 4.
