🚨BREAKING UPDATE OUT OF MAINE: The man killed in the Biddeford, Maine ICE shooting has been identified as a 26-year-old Colombian man who was authorized to work in the United States and had been issued a Social Security number. This wasn’t a “violent criminal.” This wasn’t even an undocumented immigrant. This was someone who had legal authorization to live and work here. So why was ICE trying to pull him over? A witness also says he saw a large white vehicle ram the smaller vehicle, followed by a second impact… And heard gunshots. He says he then saw an officer open the vehicle door, pull a man out with blood covering his head, and heard him say: “I tried to stop.” ICE agents do not have the authority to stop whoever they want, give conflicting orders, escalate an encounter, and then use deadly force when that situation becomes chaotic. If the government gives agents the power to carry weapons and take someone’s life, those agents have a responsibility to make sure they are acting within the law before they create a situation where someone can be killed. A person’s rights do not disappear because an ICE agent decides to stop them. Which means the question that must be answer is this… Was this man killed because ICE created a dangerous situation that never should have happened? Because when the government can put someone in a life-or-death situation, the question cannot only be whether the final seconds justified pulling the trigger. We have to ask why this encounter was allowed to escalate in the first place.

🚨BREAKING: (Chicago suburb, St. Charles) ICE agents smashed a handcuffed man’s face into a stone wall, then assaulted a U.S. citizen, multiple times, once they realized they were filming. In the video, multiple ICE agents have a man in handcuffs. While he is completely under their control, and not resisting, they smash his face into a stone wall. A U.S. citizen begins asking for the man’s name, while filming... note that he is not interfering, blocking the agents, or preventing the arrest in any way…. But that doesn’t stop the ICE agent from chases after him, while another agent threatens him with a taser. As the citizen is actively backing away, the agent continues walking toward him, and aggressively shoves him backwards. Even after the detained man is being escorted to the vehicle… and the legal observer is nowhere near the agents, or their cars… that same ICE agent continues shoving the U.S. citizen for no apparent reason. And while he is standing on the public sidewalk, another agent walks over and points a taser inches from him, and then turns around and points his taser at other innocent people, who are just standing and watching. Americans have a First Amendment right to record government officials performing their duties in public. Threatening, intimidating, or assaulting someone because they are documenting law enforcement, violates that right. And slamming a person face, who is handcuffed and not resisting, into a stone wall is excessive force. This is exactly why it’s important to always record anytime you see ICE agents. Because when there isn’t video evidence, we’re told to trust the government’s version of events. And more often than not, their version is filled with lies. But when there is video, the people filming often become the next target… just for documenting what is happening. And that’s what makes this so alarming. This is happening across the country, almost every single day. Americans are watching videos of people being thrown to the ground, beaten, threatened, shoved, tased, and intimidated by federal agents… while never seeing anyone held accountable. When a government refuses to investigate or discipline agents who violate people’s constitutional rights, it sends a message that they can keep doing it. And that’s exactly what we’re seeing. The Constitution means nothing if the people sworn to uphold it can violate it without consequence. And as long as this administration refuses to hold ICE agents accountable, Americans should expect to keep seeing videos like this… because impunity breeds abuse.

On July 2nd, a grand jury in Louisiana handed down a 16-count indictment against Louisiana Attorney General Liz Murrill, charging her with public intimidation and malfeasance in office. The very next morning, on July 3rd, the Louisiana Supreme Court issued an emergency stay, effectively pausing the indictment and the criminal case against her. On top of that, the Republican governor of Louisiana Jeff Landry had already promised her a pardon if she needed. I don't even have the words to articulate how blatantly corrupt this is. Will our federal government do anything? Probably not. Do average people even know about this? Also, probably not. Powerful elites can now just get their criminal cases quickly halted by a state's Supreme Court without any major outrage or pushback. This is a huge scandal, so the lack of public knowledge about stories like this is very alarming and disturbing to me. It implies that blatant corruption in broad daylight is being normalized. The fact that Todd Blanche has refused to comply with the court order to release the Epstein files following Katie Phang's lawsuit, should be a more significant story. The fact that the Epstein Estate ACTUALLY PAID a settlement to one of the women who alleged that Donald Trump raped her as a minor, and it was paid AFTER Epstein died, as told under oath by Epstein's longtime accountant, should be a more significant story. The fact that Trump said he wasn't ever on Epstein's plane and now we found out he was, should be a more significant story. The fact that senior officials gathered in the Situation Room to concoct and coordinate an Epstein coverup should be the most significant story of all. And when you combine ALL these stories and add to it his hiring of Alex Acosta, the birthday card, the movement of Maxwell to a more lenient facility, and then - especially - his panicked behavior on all things Epstein, it really should be the end of his presidency.

Americans in blue states pay the same federal taxes and suffer the same floods, fires, and storms as Americans in red states. 🚨BREAKING: In Las Vegas, ICE agents illegally entered a flooring business’s private property without a warrant, refused to leave when the owner demanded they get off his property, and then threatened to tase him. In the video, the business owner repeatedly tells the agents to leave. But, instead of leaving, one agent arrogantly responds that they’ll leave “when we’re done.” That’s not how the Constitution works. If law enforcement doesn’t have a valid judicial warrant, they can’t force their way onto private commercial property in order to conduct a search… and they certainly don’t get to ignore the property owner’s demand for them to leave. As the agents are finally walking away, one agent turns around and starts threatening the owner, and his employees. The owner immediately asks, “Are you threatening us? Are you going to shoot us?” That’s when the agent puts his hand on his taser… and pulls it out. The agent tries to say he is giving them a “warning.” Brandishing a weapon to intimidate someone, who is standing on their own property demanding that government agents leave, is the definition of a constitutional violation. Which is exactly why the Fourth Amendment exists… to protect people from unreasonable government searches and seizures. And when someone verbally tells government officials to leave their property, that speech is also protected by the First Amendment. So, pulling a taser on the owner, while standing on HIS private property, as he tells you to leave, is not a “warning”… it is a threat. Government agents don’t get to invent authority they don’t have. They don’t get to threaten people, especially while standing on private property. And they don’t get to ignore the Constitution because they think no one will hold them accountable. If they actually had a warrant, they would’ve shown it. Instead, they left.

The Trump administration just killed a federal program that hundreds of small farmers relied on to survive, and the damage is already landing. The program paid farmers full market price for their crops, then routed that fresh food to food banks and the families who needed it.  In California alone, it supported roughly 870 farms across more than 50 counties, moved 23 million pounds of food, and put over $60 million directly into local economies. For many, it was the most reliable buyer they had. Then the White House pulled the plug, right as farmers were buying seeds for spring. Contracts already in motion were canceled mid-delivery. Three years of funding these growers had planned around vanished overnight. Without those federal dollars, the future is more uncertain than ever for these farms and the millions of hungry families they feed.  That is the pattern.
