I’ll try to break this down. If a trader prefers to take things slow, without rushing or full-porting, I would recommend starting with Lucid 50K Flex. They have a consistency rule during the evaluation, but no consistency rule once funded. Another benefit is that it’s a one-time evaluation fee, so if the trader doesn’t pass within the first month, there is no second monthly charge. As well as no activation fee! On the other hand, if a trader is more consistent and confident, they could try Tradeify Select 50K. This option has a monthly fee, but the profit target is lower than Lucid’s. $2,500 vs $3,000. Also, no activation fee! Both Lucid Flex and Tradeify Select have a consistency rule on the evaluation, but not on the funded account. When it comes to payouts, I highly recommend looking at Take Profit Trader. They offer daily payouts, which is a huge advantage. Tradeify Select also has daily payouts option but in my opinion, TPT payout structure slightly better. However, they use intraday trailing drawdown on funded accounts, and I’ve seen beginners get caught by that rule. Still, the daily payout structure is very strong, and personally I really like how their payouts are set up. To summarize, this trader should focus on a few key things: 1. Evaluation structure
Do you want to pay a monthly fee for the evaluation?
Are you okay with a consistency rule during the evaluation? If yes → consider Lucid Flex or Tradeify Select. If not → you could try Tradeify Growth or Lucid Pro, but the catch is that most prop firms remove consistency on the evaluation but add it on the funded account. 2. Type of drawdown
Understand the difference between: •End-of-Day (EOD) drawdown (Tradeify, Lucid and Apex (new plan)) •Intraday trailing drawdown (TPT and Apex) 3. Daily loss limits ( yes for -> Tradeify Select Daily, Tradeify Growth, Lucid Pro // no for -> Tradeify Select Flex, Lucid Flex, TPT, Apex) 4. Payout caps and payout structure Final thought Once you start getting payouts, save that money and build your own live account. That should always be the long-term goal. RTH Gap Tip (Indices). The most powerful thing I even seen! When you’re looking for RTH gap fills, shift your focus to SPX first. If SPX opens with a large RTH gap and, between 9:30–9:40 AM NY, price fails to take any key liquidity levels (HTF), avoid chasing the move. Instead: 1. Wait for a retracement to ~25%-50% of the RTH gap 2. Look for rejection / reversal confirmation (usually 5-minute OB) 3. Target the nearest external liquidity level
