$SPY CLEAR CHANNEL FORMING • its amazing how strong the market is. • We had a island top which absolutely got destroyed on Friday after the PCE • Keep this lower trendline on watch, until it breaks we have bulls still in control and any bearish bias for the day it’s best to stay out of the market • But this lower trendline can stay intact for a long time. • Upper end of PT this week is 672. • Bears had all the indicators going for them and gets invalidated in a day or two. $SPY UPPER TRENDLINE ACTING RESISTANCE! • Sellers stepped in at the upper trendline. • Buyers still present but it is hard to go long on a stalling price action like this and also the breadth weakening from the market top performers. • 669 remains the upper end of the trendline this week. • Bull gap fills act as sipport unless we have a ISLAND TOP forming with a gap under one of them. • If the above scenario happens I will switch my stance bearish with an expectation of 10-15% pull back on $QQQ. $SPY INSIDE DAY • We are still hovering near the upper trendline at 665 and now a flagging pattern here opens the upper trendline towards 669 this week. • For bears or a bearish stance what I want to see is a bear gap or an ISLAND TOP formation. • The above scenarios will possibly yield a short term momentum shift but otherwise bulls are in full control. • As i have said this before multiple times i don’t see market under 600 but if it dips closer to 610 is the point of buying the dip again. $SPY FOMC OUT OF THE WAY! • Powell says 25bps was nothing but a risk hedging and shouldn’t change much. • Upper trendline not broken, bears have filled a bull gap and that was from where we saw a bounce today after Powell. • 660 663 are the levels above. 763 is also the upper trendline test and a huge resistance. • I think the next 5% move is easier to the downside than to the upside from here, use that information the way you want to hedge your longer positions. Covered calls or can use $SQQQ given the chips weakness TRADE IDEA OF THE WEEK: $META if 780 breaks we are off to 805. FLOW UPDATE: $TSLA huge bullish flows continue for a weekly targets of 450. 📈 $SPY FOMC DAY! • The question for tomorrow is... do we get a 50bps or a 25bps? • Market is frothy I understand that and any policy changes I think easing with create a knee jerk rise up on prices but mid term we might get a pull back while the markets adjust to the policy change and we get some volatility induced to it. • Like I have said since Q2 its hard to see market fall under 600 currently but a pull back is expected sometime soon. • Levels above remain 663.5 and the upper trendline touch which is a possible short term move into Powell speech tomorrow. $SPY SHOOT STAR! • I am scared of this candle when we are close to the overbought territory hence I have no swings. • Shooting star candles automatically doesn’t mean market does down. We need confirmation and we have a big FOMC meeting coming up. • We are not at the upper trendline yet and market has been breaking out in great patterns. • Tech remains very bullish with $QQQ upper range target at 588-590. • $SPY 660 and 663.5 are the upper trendline moves. Can’t see $SPY under 600 this year. • FOMC is expected to deliver a 25bps rate cut this week with guidance to lower more later in the year. • Industrials and Transport look amazing. • My opinion market can see some cool off after FOMC. $SPY BEARISH DIVERGENCE IS STILL THERE! • This is a bearish divergence on the daily and it still needs to be invalidated. • As said before unless you see the 50 break on RSI no reason to really swing any puts but once that breaks and I know it will one day just stay with the PUT party. • Immediate levels here for the bears is the 653 breaking which we can see 658 but 653 was my local top for a short term. The only way to invalidate and move higher is breaking the bearish divergence trendline on the RSI. • This is something I have said before too, Gap ups don't get RSI gap up. It depends on what happens after the gap up happens. • 2 important metrics this week with PPI tomorrow and CPI day after.
