The lives of patients and oxygen-dependent infants in the sector are at mounting risk, with the operation of only 12 stations out of 34, and 4 filling devices out of 30, in light of frequent breakdowns and lack of maintenance due to the continued ban on introducing spare parts and oils, which foreshadows the paralysis of oxygen supplies.
