Having a humbling moment of extreme gratitude. I work in my dream field — not everyone is able to say that & I don’t take it for granted. I work for an incredible studio & alongside the best people. Sorry if it’s sappy — events like The Game Awards just really make me grateful.💖

I’ll never let go of my digital platforms because my sketch work means a lot to me. It’s just everything else that comes with wearing 1,001 hats at once that can really start to weigh on an independent content creator. TV comes w its own major stressors but v different beast.

I’m no good at TikTok & Reels. To be honest, I’m kind of crappy at social media but I force myself to try bc it’s my livelihood. But it burns me out quickly. I can’t wait to tell longer narratives and spend months to years on certain projects that I’m passionate about in TV/film.

For whoever needs to hear this: PLEASE BE KINDER TO YOURSELF. The world is already brutal. GIVE YOURSELF A BREAK FOR THE LOVE OF GOD.

My Abuelo used to record his fav songs to cassette tapes from the radio & listen to them over & over. I didn't take much from their home after they passed, but I did take these tapes. Today is my first time listening to them after many, many years bc I have a player now.
