Kurt. I’ve been practicing since 1978 and I’ve never witnessed these kinds of disgraceful prosecutions and judicial rulings. Jurisprudence did not used to be politicized. Some of my favorite judges were Democrats because they didn’t bring their politics to the bench.

@MattMojoMan @DavidLimbaugh A president, while in office, may declassify anything he wants to, and SCOTUS has recognized, in a case involving Bill Clinton, that a president has broad discretion to determine what are personal records, either of which he can take home after leaving office.
@MattMojoMan @DavidLimbaugh The raid on Mar-a-Lago yielded 100 documents with “Classified Markings” (it remains to be adjudicated whether or not they had been declassified). What misinformation source supplied you with the 15000 number?
@MattMojoMan @DavidLimbaugh He doesn’t have to steal them. He can take them. And store them in a secure location, as he did. What IS ILLEGAL is a Senator or VP possessing 1000s of classified docs in MULTIPLE locations for YEARS. If he was Trump, he’d have been in cuffs MONTHS ago for that 🙄
@MattMojoMan @DavidLimbaugh There’s so much wrong here it’s hard to know where to start. The president is the final arbiter of what’s Top Secret and what’s not. He’s also the final arbiter of which records are personal and which are presidential. So if he keeps documents, he did not “steal” them.
@MattMojoMan @DavidLimbaugh At worst this is a civil matter, certainly not a criminal one.
