Absolutely agree with @JhaSanjay here , the ultra rich with residency permits in the #UAE are already flying from #India to get @pfizer shots there. They'll buy even at ₹25000/dose let alone ₹5000.

Those pseudo-bleeding hearts complaining about SII selling Covishield at Rs 400/ to states and Rs 600/-to the private sector, please note: J&J, Moderna and Pfizer will be in the range of Rs 3000-Rs 5000/- per dose. And we will need them.

Covishied/Covaxin are life-saving vaccines, they are not for fixing a stomach upset. Those who are criticizing SII for charging Rs 600/- to the private sector are in effect wishing to subsidize the rich. That's irresponsible socialism. :-)

We will be paying over Rs 3000-Rs 5000 for foreign vaccines ( Rs 1000 for Sputnik). But we have a problem paying Rs 400- 600 to Indian companies SII/BB ? Frankly, this argument makes no sense.

After waiting two days for a test appointment and another day & a half for the results, I finally have confirmation: I’m #Covid positive. Hoping to deal with it in a “positive” frame of mind, with rest, steam & plenty of fluids. My sister& 85 year old mother are in the same boat.
