I talked to the CEO of Intrepid Response who wouldn’t disclose how many customers Intrepid Response has, but he says the software supports law enforcement agencies, fire & other public emergency services, and some commercial vendors, and that it is “practically in all 50 states"

Interesting to note that the CIA had invested $1.6million into Wickr, the encrypted messaging software that organized crime groups used white labelled in Anom phone devices, later discovered to be a sting operation run with US Law Enforcement agencies.
