Don’t discount the small things you can do for people: bringing them a cup of coffee, giving them a ride home, making dinner for that neighbor that’s not feeling well, staying late to help train that new coworker. These small acts of obedience can lead to big blessings.
What you struggle with, the mistakes you’ve made, are not a surprise to God. He’s the one that made you. You’re on the potter’s wheel. He’s continuing to mold you. Stay positive toward yourself. Give yourself grace. Keep honoring God, and in His timing, He’ll help you change.
The only person that can stop you is you. If you let your mistakes define you, if you wear the labels people stick on you, if you believe the lies of the accuser, then that will keep you from your destiny.
Your destiny is tied to helping others. Your assignment is tied to building the kingdom. When your heart is to honor God with what He’s given you, to bless your family and be a bigger blessing to others, then you can ask for big things and watch what God will do.
The Scripture says: God’s Word is like a mirror; it reflects who you really are. As you see yourself the way God sees you, it will begin to heal you. His Word will repair the hurts, scars, & unfair things that have caused you to see yourself as lacking, inferior, unqualified.
What would happen if we believed that God would always gladly welcome us? How much better would we live, how much freer, more secure, at peace, if we were confident that God is for us?
God’s mercy is new every morning. Receive that mercy and move on. Life is too short to let what happened in the past keep you from the great things God has in your future.
That mistake is not who you are. That’s what you did. It didn’t cancel your destiny. That bad season doesn’t determine the rest of your life.

Come boldly to the throne. Believe that you’re loved, that you’re valuable, that you’re worthy. Don’t let a wrong image of God keep you from the blessings, the favor, the joy that belongs to you.
God never does His greatest feats in your yesterdays; they are always in your future. The scripture says, “The path of the righteous gets brighter and brighter.” What God has in front of you is more fulfilling, more rewarding than anything you’ve seen in the past.

When you’ve done everything you can, you’ve prayed, you’ve believed, you’ve stood in faith, there comes a time when you have to quit fighting. Quit trying to force it to work out, quit losing sleep, and release control. God won't take you someplace where He won’t sustain you.
What you’re up against may look too big; you don’t see how it could work out. You could overflow with worry, overflow with doubt, overflow with fear. Try a new approach; start overflowing with hope.

The Sovereign God is still in control of your life. He’s already planned ahead of time these moments of mercy, healing, favor. He won’t just restore you, but He’ll thrust you into your purpose.
You may feel unqualified. The giants look too big. But when you step into that calling, there is a supernatural force that will push you into your destiny, a favor that will open doors no person can shut, a power to accomplish dreams you never thought possible.
Are you looking at how big your obstacles are, or are you looking at how big your God is? Your situation may seem impossible, like it could never work out, but one touch of God’s favor, one good break, one healing, meeting one right person, and everything will change.
