I've recently been zooming in on double standards as the key mechanism by which the epistemological magic trick is done. Say you have a trial with a weak signal. Off-patent: "it doesn't work!" On-patent: "positive trend with significant improvement in high-risk subgroups"

Why was I so critical of the Together trial @NEJM? Because somewhere in Zimbabwe is a woman Dr who risked her life to save lives and is risking going to prison for it. Action leads to a reaction. This BS paper could cost her freedom and with that NO DR will try to save lives ever

4 were vented in the IVM group. 10 vented in the standard of care group. 3 died in the IVM group. 10 died in the SOC group. Hello? This study doesn’t show that IVM fails. But that is how JAMA wants it to be read.

Here’s a pearl I realized on the frontline of research. Use IVM high dosages ONLY if you drop your saturation. Use drugs when you need them. IVM is a fermented product of a bacteria. It’s role is on the microbiome when you need it especially great when cytokine storm occurs.

I have connected with several parents since Aiden was diagnosed with vaccine induced myocarditis. Each one required hospitalization. One in ICU… my son’s on the Acute Cardiac care unit. 2/3 required IVIG. The medical community needs to stop lying about myocarditis.
