I have a take on all this. This is literally evil. Before you say "it's not that deep" Video games are an artform that touch millions of people. During our formative years so many of us can point to a moment, a cutscene, a time of our lives where a game changed who we are and how we think. Video games have shaped me into the person I am today and why I do what I do every day. Making something that has that kind of power is an immense responsibility, you are shaping the culture of the world. That art and potential being in the hands of some greedy businessman who couldn't care less about games as an artform and only wants to appease shareholders.. is evil. It's a literal evil effecting current and future generations of our entire species.
