@AWeissmann_ From my non-lawyer perspective, it was clear they both only wanted to be charged for their individual overt acts not the overall conspiracy to overturn an election. Doesn’t the State have to prove the overall conspiracy to charge them with the RICO crime?

@AWeissmann_ There are over 100 Overt Acts and 60+ Predict Acts, so it may take close to 150 separate witnesses to corroborate all those Acts along with the other things they will Testify to.
