@RDParamedics Healthcare has been.a slow erosion since the Feds in 1980's tore apart the 50/50 shared costs in Healthcare leaving the provinces to 'find' money. Feds currently pay 22% yet all immigration costs fall to the provinces. A total revamp is must be done.
