We’re making it official: Berry has adopted the $BERRY token launched by the community on @bankrbot. Token utility: BERRY holders get a 75% discount on fees across all Berry products. Once protocol revenue starts pouring, 25% of revenue goes toward BERRY buybacks (usecase to be published later) More on the token’s role across the ecosystem soon. We've been digging into B20, Base's new native token standard. It's a serious upgrade for anyone issuing tokens: built-in compliance, role-based control, supply caps, freeze and seize, all native to the chain. But the tooling to actually create and manage these tokens is early. So we're building it. Berry will let developers and AI agents issue B20 tokens and manage them end to end, directly from the Berry dapp and API. Minting, burning, policies, pausing, roles, and then putting that token to work in DeFi through Juicer, all in one place. For builders, that collapses a lot of contract work into a few calls. For agents, it means issuing and operating a compliant token becomes something they can do programmatically. This fits where Berry already lives: making tokens useful. B20 just gives us a deeper surface to build on. More as it comes together.

It comes from our own $BERRY supply fees from our bankr bot token, routed into Juicer, harvested into real inference credit + Inference brought with USDC, again from the fees.
