We are deeply saddened to learn of the tragic passing of former Senator Mike Enzi. Senator Enzi was a great champion for the autism community during his time in Congress.
Today marks the 31st anniversary of the historic Americans with Disabilities Act, a landmark civil rights law for disabled Americans. There is still more work to do but today we commemorate how far we have come. #ADAAnniversary bit.ly/3y6nB6V
Oregon’s Autism Health Insurance Reform law, which Autism Speaks helped pass in 2013, was set to expire in January. Now a version of Oregon Senate Bill 358A has passed the state legislature and currently awaits the signature of Governor Brown. Learn more: autismspeaks.org/advocacy-news/…
