Hi, @qatarairways just got back home and noticed this damage on my box. One of the wheels has been ripped off. I do not appreciate this at all and would like to know how this came about.

@qatarairways I have also just checked in for my return flight, where I paid for an extra 5kg of luggage. This would make my case 35kg. I was told by the employee, who refused to give me her name, the maximum is 32kg in 1 bag. She said I would be refunded, then back tracked!
