One of the local airlines allegedly lobbied powers in government to block that request so their revenue won't be threatened, which is at the expense of passengers because we end up paying more…

@qatarairways I am disappointed in you, you cancelled my flight and informed me I can rebook it till September 2023. I tried to rebook the flight in September and you declined. This is quite unfair as I am a student and a loyal customer. I have attached our correspondence.
