In the recent few seminars where I visited as Chief Guest, one common doubt of most of the students was “ I am in Tier-3 college, ab mera kya hoga”. To be honest, Tier-3 is not your city or college, it’s the mindset. You too can achieve everything. Trust your capabilities. ❤️ Remove this misconception that being in a Tier 1 city or college is the only way to get amazing opportunities. Today, there are so many amazing colleges with world-class facilities that offer the same kind of education and great placement opportunities as well.  One such university is LPU (NAAC A++ accredited), and recently I had the chance to visit the campus.  And trust me, the way professors here have integrated the latest industry requirements in the curriculum, is really one of the best in class today! 🙌 Their patented program in which they conduct quarterly exams around  “leetcode questions, project related questions, etc” is the need of the hour.
