Well, if customer service ends up being a higher value role which deals effectively with edge cases and anomalies - and is easy to reach when your AI bot understands it can't do the task - then I reckon that's a better outcome than shitty drudge call centre roles.

@BBCRadioScot @BBCSounds Guys if I want football punditry I'll listen to one of the many footy shows BBC Scotland already broadcasts. I'm looking for decent news and current affairs in the morning which, for all its faults, GMS did pretty well. Not more fitba. Ps other sports are available.
