They’re clogging our courts intentionally. Guo Wengui has filed over 100,000 documents in his bankruptcy case. Donald Trump has filed over 3,500 lawsuits in his life. The District of Columbia prosecutes around 700 people a year. J6 generated that in one day.

The investigation has to be slow because there are not enough judges, jurors, prosecutors or defense lawyers for it to proceed any faster. Have your opinion that you want it to proceed faster. So do I. But don’t try to get me to share your opinion by sending me tweet after

tweet, after tweet, insisting on getting the last word in, and poisoning my timeline with your negativity and displeasure that the United States Department of Justice is not meeting your uninformed timetable. End of rant.

@JamesFLoveIV I agree with everything you said except that the reason it is taking so long is because there aren't enough judges, prosecutors, etc.

@gop_soldyouout May I ask you to read my pinned thread. I wrote a book on the subject of the need to expand the entire judiciary.

@JamesFLoveIV I'm an attorney. I agree the courts are overloaded. But I don't think that's the issue with Trump not being in jail right now. The judicial system is deeply flawed. It certainly isn't that there aren't enough jurors or courtrooms or judges.

@gop_soldyouout @JamesFLoveIV No prosecutor can afford to do less than work this from the bottom up & from tentacle tips to inner circle; none can afford to do less than build a case that can clearly prove guilt beyond a reasonable doubt. I've seen single victim murder cases take longer than this has to date.

@noblindtrust @JamesFLoveIV Agreed. The stakes are too high to get this wrong. But there should also be a lot more resources involved than in a typical criminal case. But I think the complexity and importance of this issue is a better explanation than a shortage of jurors, judges, etc.

@gop_soldyouout @noblindtrust On a Zoom call two weeks ago, @glennkirschner2 said the DC court prosecutes around 700 criminal cases a year. J6 produced 3 times that number in a single day. That’s why I’m saying there is a problem of judicial resources. Defense attorneys are also in short supply.

@JamesFLoveIV @noblindtrust @glennkirschner2 That makes sense. But haven't they been hiring prosecutors to work on Trump's case? Seems like almost any other case can be delayed except this one.
