The most basic assumption behind India's rightwing movement - as in the case of many rightwing movements around the world - has been that reality can be bent by consistent, senseless, bile-raising and chest-thumping propaganda. The last dozen years have been spent trying to prove that premise. The results are now out: yes, it does work in terms of consistently winning elections. But no, it doesn't work in changing the reality of life for 1.4 billion people. That requires a different kind of attitude and understanding that are rooted in reason and a clear-eyed appreciation of facts.

The most loser thing any opposition party can do is, is know that an election is rigged, complain that an election is rigged, yet contest election anyway, lose the "free and fair" election to BJP (of course), and then again complain the election was rigged. Every opposition party has been guilty of this multiple times. Every single one. Congress, AAP, TMC. All fucking ch****yas. It's like they are complicit with BJP in pretending to citizens and foreign nations that democracy still functions in India. I would rather trust #CJP and GenZ and street protests at this point over these losers.

India's PR and "soft power" were great as long as India remained mostly an exotic enigma to the outside world, with only a limited, curated selection of India's reality getting outside exposure (e.g. "democracy", diaspora, yoga, cinema, music). The less foreigners knew about India, the more they loved it. But once people started discovering more and more about the country, India's reputation started plummeting straight downhill. You can only hide your reality for so long. Eventually the mask comes off - exposing the rot underneath.

Literal minds struggle with metaphors.

India should be able to appreciate every chapter of its history without feeling threatened by it. The Mughals left behind magnificent architecture, art, cuisine, language, and culture. The British left institutions, infrastructure, and the English language—which opened doors for millions, including me. I would not have achieved what I have without mastering English. A mature civilization acknowledges both the achievements and the mistakes of its past. Yet today, too much energy is spent hating what came before us instead of building on it. We should be grateful to the generations that laid the foundations we inherited, learn from history, and focus our attention on creating a better future. The future is full of opportunity. Let’s embrace it rather than remain trapped in endless battles over the past.

He possesses two Aadhaar cards—an act which constitutes a crime. Modi claims to have sold tea at the Vadnagar railway station at the age of six. Modi holds an *MA with First Class honors* but a *BA with Third Class honors*. Despite this, he had previously failed his 12th grade examinations. He himself has stated that he *discontinued his studies after the 8th grade*! 4. During the Emergency era when Modi was *underground* he somehow managed to obtain a bachelor's degree from Delhi University in 1978. Perhaps Delhi University maintained an "underground examination center" located in Gujarat? Furthermore, without possessing a graduation certificate, Modi reportedly obtained a Master's degree in *Entire Political Science* from Gujarat University in 1983? 5. # In the entire world, Modi is the *only* person to have obtained a degree in "Entire Political Science"; even the professors at Gujarat University heard of this subject for the very first time only after 2014. Modi enrolled alone, and he took the exams alone. He received the degree all by himself; to this day, no teacher or fellow student has ever been found who either taught Modi or studied alongside him. 6. Both before and for 10 years after Modi was awarded his degree, the hapless university staff continued to hand write degrees manually; Modi's *alone* was the only degree that was computer generated. The specific *font* that Microsoft developed in 1992 had already been utilized in Modi's degree back in 1983. The date inscribed on Modi's degree also happens to fall on a *Sunday*. 7. This is Modi's history a history for which all the evidence exists. It is not *we* who are making these claims; rather, he himself recounts all these details to the public with great fervor during his speeches! As for the rest the rhetoric, the anecdotes, the promises, and the theatrics they are all laid out right before your eyes in the present day! Every word Modi speaks, every promise he makes all remain unfulfilled... The only thing he delivers in its absolute entirety... is a lie.

Watching Hindu Hriday Samrat, great Modi Ji fuck his own voters/supporters from Kashmir to Kanyakumari and from Mumbai to Manipur is going to be one bright silver lining of a dark cloud that is Bharat's future.
