🧵 The only lens through which I truly grasp the essence of evangelism is my profound love, respect and reverence for IM @SovereignIM work, writing, and intellect. The admiration runs so deep that I always passionately introduce him to anyone I believe might truly listen.
The same crucible of struggle forges both the cruel and noble soul. It does not determine who you become, it only reveals the path you have chosen. Will you let your pain turn into resentment and indifference or will you transmute it into empathy? The choice, always, is yours.
If your struggles make you resentful, they harden you into callousness. You lose all empathy for those still fighting their own battles. Because you suffered, you now believe everyone else deserves to. Unknowingly you stop being part of the solution and become part of the problem
